I met with the residents of downtown Jackson who are forming a neighborhood association, and immediately was struck by the ‘DNA’ abbreviation inherent in ‘Downtown Neighborhood Association.’ If there’s any image Jackson’s downtown needs to project, it’s simply that there are real humans living there. I love happy accidents like that.
